The property is divided into three parts including a main house and its two independent apartments, ensuring complete privacy for the guests.
The main house has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. On the first level, bedroom 1, bedroom 2 in parental suite and access to a private terrace overlooking the pool area. Bedroom 3 in duplex, located on the second floor of the house.
Adjoining the main building, a first independent apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a living space with equipped kitchen and dining area and a private terrace.
Located in the courtyard in front of the house, a second apartment with the 6th bedroom, a living area with kitchen and dining area of 40m².
