This 18th century mansion, originally from Normandy, was shipped piece by piece to St Barth in the 1980s, then renovated in 2006 with a loft feel.
Each of the rooms has an elegant design and choice of furnishings. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with Boffi lighting, rain showers and, for two of them, baths designed by Piero Lissoni.
The kitchen includes all the latest appliances from SubZero, Gaggenau and Miele.
Outside the kitchen is a huge barbecue and outdoor seating for up to 12 people.
