Villa Blackstone is a superb architect-designed, modern and luxurious Villa facing the bay of Marigot. You can enjoy a splendid sea view from all the rooms of the villa.
A very successful marriage of wood and colorful and contemporary decorative touches gives a real identity to this 6-bedroom villa and a pleasant feeling of comfort and refinement.
The entrance to the property is on the terrace, facing the view. On the same level are the living room and its open kitchen.
Adjacent to the living room is a first bedroom, overlooking the swimming pool (heated) and the sea with its bathroom and its shower that can open to the outside.
Still on this same first level, in a separate bungalow facing the ocean, is the Master bedroom which also has a very nice bathroom with its shower that can open to the outside.
On the lower level there are 4 other bedrooms, all of them with good surfaces and overlooking the sea.
One of these four bedrooms has two single beds and can communicate with the adjacent bedroom, making it ideal for young children. The connecting double door between the two bedrooms can be closed and provides perfect isolation.
