Stunning newly renovated 3-bedroom contemporary property located on the heights of Grand Cul de Sac. Villa Iris boasts an astonishing view over the lagoon in Grand Cul de Sac, Caribbean Sea and the neighboring islands. The high standard interior design and furniture were created and made by Gaylord Dessome, a popular craftsman from St Barth Island.
The property features a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room, both rooms and two bedrooms open to the view and the heated pool. Large outdoor space with a few chilling areas and a dining area under the shade of two large sun umbrellas.
Two bedrooms are on either side of the living area and the 3rd bedroom is located on a lower level and features an underwater viewing window with a clear view into the pool, a lounge area with a TV set and a tiny fitness room with an elliptical bike.
